Refunds cannot be issued on the order of any readings under any circumstances. Customers are urged to order carefully and with full consideration.

If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail kelly@astrologybykelly.com within 1 hour from making the payment. After one hour you will not be entitled to a refund.

I will not refund or consider refund requests if the customer provides incorrect birth data or contact information. I ask that you please re-check all of your data when entered. However, if you e-mail me within 24 hours of placing an order, I will happily make the changes. 

If you would like to reschedule your session and it is more than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled consult, you may reschedule the consultation time without any additional charges. 

If you would like to reschedule your session and it is less than 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled consult, there will be a $50 re-booking fee. Of course, sudden illness or personal emergencies can happen, and I will absolutely take this into account and may waive the fee at my sole discretion. 

All no shows will result in your session being forfeited. A no show is defined as being 20 or more minutes late to your session without contacting me. If you do miss your session and fail to contact me, rescheduling your session will mean repurchasing the service. If circumstances arise at the last minute and you notify me before the session, your session may not be the full hour as I may have another customer after you. 

Please remember that I am located in Pennsylvania and follow Eastern Standard Time. This will be detailed in our correspondence; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you show up to our scheduled consultation on time. 

Refunds of any kind are not available after a consultation.
